Video messaging is becoming more and more common in new wide bandwidth networks (3G or IP-based). CTI²'s InTouch is in line with this trend by providing a video messaging solution, as part of its platform of value added services, and by providing subscribers the capability to send and receive video messages as part of a video call completion solution (Video voicemail). For non-video subscribes, video messages can be retrieved as voice only or MMS messages.

Video Messaging enables a comprehensive solution that supports all types of telephones and provides suite of capabilities:

  • Viewing the message
A subscriber can retrieve the video messages through any telephone or through the Web.

  • Message handling
The subscriber can reply to the message by a video or a voice message, or forward it to another video subscriber, as an MMS message, or to an email address as an attachment.

  • Non-video-telephone subscribers
The service supports non-video-telephone subscribers as well. In such a case, the subscriber could hear the voice part of the message. In addition, the subscriber will be able to receive the message intro as an MMS message and to stream the video from a video server using 2.5G devices.

  • Lucrative messaging solution for the emerging 3G and IP-based networks

  • Enable call completion and message deposit for the video calls service

  • Attract subscribers with cutting edge service

  • Recording of more personalized messages and greetings

  • Complementary service to video calls service - don't lose video calls when not available
