
The Never Miss a Call service gives subscribers a list of missed calls when they were unreachable (for example, when the mobile phone is turned off or out of range). With Never Miss a Call, missed calls become a source of information that informs the subscriber who tried to reach him or her and behave as a traffic generator for the service provider. A subscriber receives an SMS message notifying the missed call information. A subscriber can also listen to that information via a telephone or view the list through CTI² visual clients (Mobile or Web).
