InTouch's Fax Services enable subscribers to send faxes to any fax machine, using a Web client or PC. InTouch's Fax Services provide a dedicated Virtual Fax Number to allow receipt of incoming faxes. Faxes can be viewed via the InTouch visual clients (Web, Mobile, WAP, or PDA) on screen prior to printing; saved to a folder on the PC, output to a PC printer or forwarded to another address or a fax machine. Subscribers can send faxes from the Visual Web client and add to it commonly used files (for example, Word or PDF) using advance spooling capabilities.

Even waiting for a fax is made easy: subscribers can be notified immediately of the arrival of a fax through smart SMS notifications to their mobile phone.
