CTI Squared of San Mateo, developer of communications and messaging applications for service providers and enterprises, named Shai Schiller chairman. He replaces Aaron Mankovski. Before joining CTI Squared, Schiller was president and chief executive officer of Emblaze Systems. Previously he was vice president at Comverse, where he managed the Asia Pacific division and the intelligent networks division. Schiller is currently a general partner at Concord Ventures.
